Registration Information

To enroll a student at LES, we will need some basic information from the parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian must be present when enrolling a new student.
1. Proof of residency within Loudon County (see attachments)
2. Proof of guardianship (names on birth certificate and/or court documents)
3. Immunization record (up-to-date and on the state form)
4. Birth certificate

To minimize paper-waste, documents are posted here for your review. If you prefer a paper copy, please notify your child's teacher.
