September breakfast and lunch menus are now updated!

Each month, we will share newsletters that include tips and strategies parents can use at home to have a positive impact on their children's education, physical, and mental health. Check out the September issues here: https://les.loudoncounty.org/o/les/documents/title-i-documents/helping-children-learn-newsletters/509074

Bus 2 has been in a minor accident. There are no injuries. Riders will be delayed getting home.

Please see attached photo for important changes to bus 9 due to Steekee Rd. closure.

LES is hiring! We are looking for part-time paraprofessionals to assist in classrooms. This is a great opportunity for parents who want to be on their children's school schedule. Email amburnc@loudoncounty.org for more information.

LES is collecting canned foods and monetary donations for Battle of the Bridge. Each dollar donated counts as 5 pounds of food. We are encouraging monetary donations so that the Good Samaritan Center can buy in bulk. Make checks payable to Good Samaritan Center. Items and money must be turned in to LES by 8:00 on Friday, August 25th.

We now have ice cream for sale in the cafeteria. The cost is $1. Students in grades 1st through 5th may purchase each day. Kindergarten students may purchase on Fridays. Ice cream sales are separate from cafeteria accounts, so students are unable to use money in their cafeteria accounts to purchase ice cream.

Out first friendship awards of the school year! #needafriend #beafriend #buildyourlegacy
