📝 New Student Registration
July 24 | 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
Families enrolling at LES for the first time should bring:
• Student's birth certificate
• Parent ID
• Two proofs of address
• Tennessee immunization record with proof of physical
• Custody documents (if applicable)

July 31 | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM

📚 Staggered Start Days
To help students transition successfully into the new school year:

PK–Kindergarten: Families will receive their child's staggered start schedule from their teacher during registration.

Grades 1–5:
🔴 Last names A–K attend August 4 & August 7
⚫ Last names L–Z attend August 5 & August 7

🏫 Open House
August 6 | 3:30–6:30 PM

Meet your child's teacher, visit classrooms, and attend your grade-level meeting.

🕔 5:15 PM – 3rd Grade
🕕 6:00 PM – 4th & 5th Grades

🚌 Summer Learning Camp Bus Routes Are Ready!
Loudon Elementary families — if you signed up for bus services for Summer Learning Camp, your routes are all set! Please take a moment to review your child's assigned route and stop so everyone's ready for a smooth first day of camp.
If you didn't sign up for bus services but have had a change of plans, no worries at all! Just give our school office a call and we'll be happy to work with you. We want to make sure every camper has a way to get here.
We're so excited for a fun summer of learning together! ☀️🎒

During the last days of school, we recognized our ELL (English Language Learner) students for the growth that they made throughout the school year. We eagerly anticipate the ELPA 21 scores that will be sent out on May 25th. We anticipate them showing that our students have made great growth in their English acquisition this year. Enjoy these photos of some of the students and their awards.

Our Behavior incentive day is in full swing. These students loved playing and competing in the bounce houses from BB's Bouncers. Some were a bit damp from the dew and the grass was wet this morning, but NONE of that slowed these students down or dimmed their joy of playing today. Yesterday we had our last Pop Ticket party . It was game show themed. We even had a bit of a dance party! We loved congratulating these students who were given pop tickets this last nine weeks. They all showed their PRIDE. https://youtu.be/2p4SJgP3j8E
